Major deadly and damaging earthquake in Borneo, Malaysia - 19 people killed

Update : 7 more people have been found dead. All other climbers are now rescued. The final toll is 19 people killed.

Update : A 12th victim has been recovered. A 12 year old girl from Singapore. 2 teachers and 6 pupils are still missing. A Malaysian guide is among the death
Important update June 6 : The bodies of 11 climbers have been found by rescue teams. 8 others remain missing. A real tragedy for Malaysia and Borneo. No details have been given so far about the exact reason of their death, but rockfall and landslides are certainly to be blamed also.
Update : At least 4 climbers were injured but this number may increase as the rescue operations continue. Mountain huts have been badly damaged. The mountain climbing area has no been closed for further climbing out of fear for aftershocks
Update : There are reports that a number of climbers in the nearby mountains were injured but we have no details of the numbers and the kind of injury they succumbed so far.

Setapak, Selangor - When i was having breakfast with my brother, we sensed a very mild shaking of the table(just for 0.5 second) and my brother asked me was it me that pushed the table. That time was 7:22, i answered, maybe earthquake happens somewhere. And i was right after i read the news in the afternoon
Sabah - The earthquake happening while I was changing my clothes. It continues at least 5 seconds. I was scared for this earthquake and hope this incident don't happen again.
Kota Marudu - All my family still sleeping that time, they thought they dreaming and so am I, I thought I was feeling dizzy.No damage reported.
Kota Kinabalu - Woke up feeling my bed shook really hard. Oh my God. First time experiencing this kind of thing. Luckily everyone here in UMS is fine. Still feeling some aftershocks now and then. Hoping for the best for the climbers at Gunung Kinabalu.
membakut - i was asleep when it happened. the first tremor woke me up, as i was standing up from bed, i feel the second shake. i run as fast as i can to the downstairs of the house and the outside. the tremor is more intense if you are on the first floor and above.
