We saw many people coming to the site from New Jersey and neighboring states.
Somers Point : 
Not sure if it was an earthquake, but there was a very faint shaking, and a thundering sound that lasted several seconds, stopped, then started again.
New Jersey : Felt shaking, and some stuff fell from my desk. Lasted about 4 seconds
Earthquake-Report.com comment : Definitely NO earthquake - probably a sonic boom (based on our experience of other events). A sonic boom is the sound associated with the shock waves created by an object traveling through the air faster than the speed of sound.
