UPDATE 21:40 UTC : We just received a Felt report out of Kabul, Afghanistan mentioning a II to III MMI value  (weak shaking).
UPDATE 21:45 UTC : GDACS published an ORANGE earthquake alert for this earthquake = moderate chance on damage and/or injuries. We however do not agree with their conclusion, the shaking will be normally too weak to be damaging.
UPDATE 21:50 UTC : We expect that this earthquake will also be felt as a weak to very weak shaking in parts of Tibet, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
