Was felt all over Luzon as a very weak earthquake.
People in Lubang Island will have felt it stronger and will certainly have been shaked awake.

UPDATE 15:43 UTC : So far no damage has been reported and is not expected (earthquake-report)
UPDATE 15:42 UTC : The shaking lasted ca 7 seconds.
UPDATE 15:38 UTC : As predicted, villagers were very scared of what happened and told the local press that everything in-house started shaking.
UPDATE 15:35 UTC : Local press has picked up the news of the earthquake. they are reporting that the epicenter should be located below Vistabella and that many villages in the province have felt the earthquake.
UPDATE 15:24 UTC : Normally this kind of earthquakes will be NOT damaging unless some minor cracks in walls.

  1. Love the inclusion of the Australian quake.... 844km.... that is closer than Adelaide to Canberra.
    We will have to wait for reports from the prawns and whales in a couple of weeks.
    Should be ok though..... Perhaps giant sea squids may have problems... 🙂
