FINAL UPDATE 10:02 PM : The second earthquake only 3 minutes after the first one has been revised by USGS to a Magnitude of 6.7 instead of the earlier 6.3 as reported by EMSC.

UPDATE 4:37 PM : As the shaking was very weak in the nearest cities (at least 300 km from the epicenter ), people in this area of the world will not have been scared by the tremor. They are very much used to this kind of shaking.

UPDATE 4:30 PM : USGS Felt reports out of Davao, Mindanao, Philippines did report a III MMI (weak shaking).  This value was expected by earthquake-report.com.

UPDATE 3:35 PM : There are NO populated islands within 200 km from the epicenter.

UPDATE 3:25 PM : BMKG, the Indonesian seismological service, did report a magnitude of 6.3 at a depth of 521 km.

UPDATE 3:14 PM : As the hypocenter of this earthquake is located very deep in the solid mantle of the earth, NO damage is being expected from this earthquake

UPDATE 3:12 PM : NO tsunami reports have been issued by NOAA or GDACS
