UPDATE 01:33 UTC : Based on the limited values of the Felt reports, has lowered the alert color from orange to GREEN = very limited chance on damage or injuries

UPDATE 01:24 UTC : According the theoretical calculations of USGS a MMI of V to VI might have been experienced in Sand Point. People in Sand Point did report a max. value of IV so far.
Based on the USGS pager information, 1,000 people would endure a V MMi and another 1,000 a IV MMI.
People in Cold Bay, did report a II MMI.
