Very powerful earthquake near Caraga, Mindanao, Philippines

A very powerful earthquake occurred almost on the shores of Mindanao, Philippines in the early afternoon.
The impact will be decreased by the intermediate depth of the hypocenter which was measured at 69 km.
The earthquake will certainly be felt as a light shaking all over Mindanao.
GDACS issued an ORANGE earthquake alert shortly after the earthquake = Orange = moderate chance on damage and/or injuries.
At we tend to believe that this earthquake will have a lesser impact than GDACS is predicting.
NO Tsunami report has been issued by the leading agencies.
Max. impact is expected to be V Mercalli (moderate shaking), which is a relatively low impact for such an earthquake, but 784,000 people will get this impact (theoretical models).  5 million people will experience an IV impact = light shaking.
