Moderate earthquake Tibet, China
Chinese authorities from Zadoi County, Yushu, Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, have send speliazid teams to the epicenter area to assess the situation. It is currently night in China.
The earthquake was not felt as a weak to light shaking in Zadoi County. Zadoi was hit by a 5.1-magnitude quake last week, causing cracks in some houses. Nobody was injured last week. A tragic M7.1 earthquake shocked Yushu in April 2010, killing 2,698 people and injuring 12,000.

Moderate earthquake near Baguio City (Philippines) perceived as strong shaking

Update 07:57 UTC : We have a couple reports from Baguio City reporting up and down shaking, but surprisingly NO seismological agency has reported an earthquake so far, not even a +M3 one.
Update 08:04 UTC : Classes in Baguio City have been suspended due to the quake. Only the people have been reporting about this quake.
Update 08:08 UTC :Apparently the earthquake was registered with a Magnitude of M4.5 with an intensity of V, local press is stating. This information has not been published by PHIVOLCS so far.
Update 08:26 UTC : In the meantime this earthquake has been listed by USGS and also the Phivolcs websites shows the February quakes now. Magnitude 4.5 (see list below). The earthquake lasted for about 4secs and was pretty strong people who felt it are saying.
