Update 18.42 UTC : Austrian newspapers are mentioning minor damage around the epicenter, which was close to Bad Eisenkappel. More than 1000 people called the local fire brigade or police, some of them were reporting minor damages to their houses, but luckily nothing heavy. There were no injuries.
Update 14.47 UTC : Austrian meteorological agency(ZAMG) also reports M 4,5, but in a depth of 7 km. We think this datas might be the true ones. 7 km is shallow and probably with a pretty large intensity for a country, which has quakes like this only once in 5 years. So we think this quake might have caused minor damage in epicenter area.
Update 14:12 UTC : USGS (far away from Europe) has just reported a Magnitude of 4.5 at a depth of 10 km.
Update 14:11 UTC : Somebody in Graz, Austria wrote us : This was the first time I ever experienced a earth quake, good thing our apartment building seems to be safe, at least at that level….

Update 14:02 UTC : Very strange situation. An epicenter reported by both EMSC and Geofon in Austria and only very few people from Austria sending I Have Felt It reports. ER considers this earthquake as moderately dangerous as we are still unsure of the exact earthquake data (contradictory numbers).
To the positive side can be said that the shaking only lasted a few seconds, which is a good sign.
Update 13:58 UTC : The earthquake was felt most in Slovenia, also in Austria (of course as the epicenter is located over there) and Croatia.
Update 13:53 UTC : It looks like this earthquake has been a lot more felt in Slovenia than in Austria. If you click on INFO below, you will see that there was no moderate earthquake in the are since the beginning of 2012.
EMSC reports a Magnitude of 4.2 at a depth of 2 km.
Update 13:48 UTC :The first epicenter reports are locating them at the Austrian side of the border
Update 13:42 UTC : Depth (preliminary 10 km). The epicenter is near the border with Austria
Preliminary Magnitude 4.7 (to be confirmed)
