ISC (Iran) is reporting a shallow depth of only 13 km at a magnitude of 5.2.  ISC is reporting that the epicenter is almost below Sirch.

UPDATE 27/06 – 14:21 UTC : As of 11:00 on the 27th, 26 pm Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province Nangqian County’s 5.2 earthquake zone there has not been news of casualties, but the earthquake caused landslides and some buildings to be damaged.
“Those who had arrived earlier found many landslides on the road, and there are some very old houses collapsed, but no one lived in those houses.” Nangqian County Deputy Magistrate Bao Yuan Ren said, “We have not yet been told of casualties. ”
Ren Yuan Bao told reporters, as a result of the earthquake being located in a remote village with rugged roads, the Working Group was only by walking or riding a motorcycle able to get to the location.
“We estimate that the first officer working group of 4 people will be the fastest return to town this afternoon.” Ren Bao Yuan said.  It is understood that, only some houses had cracking and minor damage, however more will be learnt when the Qinghai Seis. Bureau staff return.

Moderate shallow earthquake which is in China never without danger.
The altitude at the epicenter is approx. 4,500 meter.
Chinese authorities are talking about a magnitude of 5.2 @ an even shallower depth of 10 km.
