The University of Adelaide is offering first-year commencing students from the University of Canterbury the option to study their first semester in Adelaide.
This offer applies to New Zealand citizens who are first-year undergraduate students enrolled at Canterbury in the fields of Arts, Engineering, Commerce and Marketing.
Special arrangements for travel to Australia and accommodation upon arrival are currently being negotiated.
Up to 500 students may take up the offer of a one semester exchange at the University of Adelaide.
The University of Adelaide will not be charging students of the University of Canterbury any tuition fees.
There will be no impact on current student enrollments. This is a great opportunity for Adelaide-based students to learn with students from New Zealand.
The University of Adelaide is able to facilitate a number of (payable) accommodation options for Canterbury students.
Among the possibilities :

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the majority of which are in 4 bedroom apartments with kitchen and living areas. TV™s for bedrooms are available for an additional charge. Recreation facilities, a social program, 24 hour on site management, all utilities and pastoral care are included in the package.
